On the afternoon of September 15th, the Personnel Administration Center organized a special training on "Effective Communication" in the Nanchang Office. It is hoped that through this training, employees can understand that interpersonal communication is a two-way communication process. This training specially invited Li Wenhao, deputy general manager, as a training lecturer. All staff in Nanchang workplace participated in the training.

Before training starts

In the training, President Li analyzed the importance of effective communication among office space, departments and employees in easy to understand language. Team game "You say I draw"

Two games of "you say I draw" were set up in this expansion training. All employees are divided into four teams. In the game, a team leader is used to describe the geometric drawings received. Other team members draw pictures according to their own understanding according to the information they hear. They can't ask questions and speak in the whole process. Each group also has an observer to supervise the drawing process of other teams.
